CC ping volume

Apologies for my bad writing in advance. But PLEASE, please let us change Crystalline Conflict ping volume from the game Final Fantasy Fourteen by Square Enix... Some players have no control over their emotions during the game and will spam ping.

I'm not a good player I am only Gold, so when bombarded with pings the whole game I will lose track of what's happening and get even more confused. You're right, I could mute pings case-by-case, but while I'm dead I prioritize trying to see who has used Guard or Purify on the enemy team etc etc... And also to point out the obvious, changing my effects volume (or whatever it falls under) after every match is tiring, so please just help us just this once :<

To be honest I'm not entirely sure why this isn't an option yet, it's very strange!

It's been request many times to have automatic timeouts to prevent spamm, potentially silencing quickchat from mutelist/blacklisted players, as well as options to set the volume on our own. I hope SE someday decides to do something about it.

Not asking too much for a simple feature, I believe in SE. They have our back and won't let us down. I am not only asking for myself but also for the newer players, it is clear we don't have enough gamers for PvP and this suggestion is just something extra to help them along!

I want to add, if there were so many spam pings match after match we would have to spend more time reporting constantly [I consider this a waste of time], hello Devs, please help us in respecting our time, thank you!

Yeah and meanwhile while the GMs deliberate on action to be taken and the same players continue doing it again for weeks or months, what do we do? We plug our ears and sing lala land?
And even if action is being taken, which incidentally I have never heard of (probably because the culprits don't talk about it tbh, it's hard to gauge), once one is gone, two others crop from somewhere else and we're gone for the same loop again...
Having options to curate our own playing experience isn't exactly asking for the moon imo.
