It’s not the players that are lazy, it’s the devs. The game has plenty of systems, but they’re all given a shelf life of a few months, or stretched artificially with ridiculously low drop rates just to pad out a patch cycle.

Sync Old Expert lvl dungeons up to the lowest player’s ilvl so they stay relevant.

Increase weekly tomes to at least 900, or give each class its own personal tome cap.

Item trading - let us swap unwanted drops for something useful, or allow limited-time trades at the end of fights.

Open-world content - create Bozja-style content in the open world that rewards tomes/exp for players at max level.

Relic weapons should be available from the start of an expansion, not years later.

Exploration content (like Cosmic) should drop at launch, when everyone’s levelling multiple classes.

Upscale old dungeons each patch to Extreme/Savage difficulty, rewarding mounts and minions that are no longer obtainable.

Change savage/normal raids to a 1 item per class cap - enabling players to play more

The systems are there, but they’re never pushed far enough, or they’re released too late to matter. That’s on the devs, not the players.
