That are in the game's NPCs ever since forever?

I was waiting for the duty finder in Quarrymill and I noticed one of the NPCs with the "new" sitting animation implemented in Endwalker. But afaik those NPCs were never changed, so this animation dates back from ARR. Or the new idle waiter emote from a recent PVP series...

Then I started going around places with NPCs and noticed a ton of emotes that could've been available to players, like the Rogues playing with knives in their HQ.

I wish those were added more consistently.

Drip-feed, to make sure they have enough for emergencies. They COULD give us a lot of stuff, but they wont. Minimal effort, bad priorities, no transparency, no plan probably aside from repeating the formula. Dunno how much proof people need.

Even the chat bubbles that were released now were half-cooked, extremely limited.
