You have it all wrong, op. Now that people I've never met and never went out of my way to see can't goon, plap, or bust a thick nut, this game is automatically salvaged. Every word out of wuk lamat's immaculately voiced mouth is like nectar from the gods, crafted by the finest penmanship. Imagine the gif of the man writing literal fire. That's what Dawntrail writing is, now that strangers i had to go out of my way to be affected by are no longer able to goon. Praise be to yevon. Our content used to feel one and done, and a lot of it felt overtuned or notoriously gated behind joining some guy's discord server, but now that some catboy somewhere can't visually depict himself bouncing on a horse dong, the content is perfect. It's accessible, with multiple difficulties to appease all types. It's rewarding and fun and can't be griefed by one guy determined to waste everyone's time. The jobs, which, prior to gooner 9/11 (8/21, a day that will live in the opposite of infamy), all felt like clones of each other, now feel unique. There's genuine synergy involved and I feel good playing even the simple content because the job gameplay is just that engaging.

In short, now that gooners are temporarily inconvenienced, it's safe to walk the streets and the game is saved. No content? What do you mean? Have you collected every piece of trash in limsa? Have you painted with the colors of the wind? There's so much to do. That's why this game gains players over time, obviously.
