Wow what is wrong with you people! Actually be upset with the real issues instead of whining about the little stuff.

Lets be clear on some points ...

Mare has been around a long time. It was taken down for one reason and one reason only. Go back to Playerscope, the plugin that was called the stalker plugin or stalker mod. That used Account Id. Mare also switched over to Account Id because it was cleaner code, magically they became a second target of this.

Account Id is something Square made a mistake on. It happens to the best of programmers, so getting mad with them it pointless, but their real mistake was not STOPPING it once they realized. Yes, the data is now out there and as someone who actually has stalkers and can say some of my stalkers are dangerous, I will tell you that I don't blame Square the least bit even with these mistakes. Stalkers will always find a way to stalk you, just that I hope Square in the future makes it harder on them by eventually getting rid of the Account Id problem. Yes, I want a better blacklist as I was one of the many people asking for it to be fixed and a real feature instead of some useless tool, they tried something to help us for the thousands of us requesting it and it just didn't work out as intended. This is how code goes sometimes, good programmers try to do good things and bad people with bad intentions will try to take advantage of good people and mistakes when they can.

But back to the issue, if you want to complain about something it shouldn't be Mare or not to Mare, but rather Account Id still be active. That is what people need to express to Square right now so it is their priority to remove it. Don't judge them for making a mistake, encourage them to make a better choice and to fix it for us.

Whining will get you no where, do you really think all these posts matter? Most people read them and either see trolls, cry babies, or uselessness. Instead of wasting your energy on such things, tell Square directly in support or email why Account Id needs to be fixed. Enough people tell them, they will revert the Blacklist changes and find another way later to implement them.
