Please re-enable registering users to the mute list while bound by duty

I recently submitted a bug report when I saw that this functionality had disappeared: https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...-bound-by-duty

This bug has been filed as "Working as Intended," meaning it was not changed by accident.

This my request that you revert this change and restore "Register to Mute List" to the Block Functions while in an instanced duty.

My primary use case for the mute list is dungeons and PvP, in which players sometimes spam chat with macros. These macros are very distracting and irritating while trying to complete the content, especially when they contain "<se.*>" items which make them play sound.

Without the mute list, I am unaware of a way to silence those players - and especially those sound effects - without hiding chat completely or muting System sounds. I would rather not have to do those things because then I will miss messages and sounds from valid sources. The mute list was great for letting me only silence the spammers.

Please restore this functionality, it was useful and there was no need to remove it.

Agreed, now I can't mute armchair commanders spamming annoying sound effects in frontline.

This is the main reason I want it, too.

I know some people appreciate having a shot caller, so I don't want the solution to be disabling macros or sound effects or whatever else during Frontline. But we should have the ability to opt out as individuals.

And we had it! I just believe it was a mistake to take it away.
