Revisit does not affect cooldowns. The tooltip says
After exhausting a gathering point's resources, occasionally restores all integrity and gathering attempts.
GP is also fully restored, but all gatherer effects expire.
Effect cannot be triggered by certain gathering points such as those found in levequest
It does nothing for cooldowns, just gives you back the node durability and all your GP.
