Game crashing on launch, ffxiv_dx11.exe error

I have been having this problem since March. Nobody seems to have any idea what to do about it. Support keeps sending me the canned list of things to try, none of which work.

I can log in ok, and stay at my Free Company house, and service my subs. Have made lotsa gil, but if I go anywhere to spend it the game crashes.

Is there anybody out there that can really help?

You may haev a defective Intel CPU (Intel 13th / 14th) gen affected), which cause instability. Your BIOS seems older, but it seems MSI don't provide any newer than 2024, which is really strange. You can't fix this via updates, it only prevents from happening in the future.

Also uninstall additional antivirus like Trend Micro and other programs that likes to interfere like MSI Center.
