Make FC Workshop Instanced at their GC instead of tied to a house

A thought about FC workshops and housing, before I make a post in the suggestions forum...

I suggest that FCs would access their workshop, crafting station, airships and subs through an instanced workshop located at their GC, instead of through a house.

The FC would have to reach a certain level before gaining access to the workshop, perhaps rank 6 (same as purchasing a plot). The membership requirement of 4 members in the FC for 30 days, that is in place for plot purchase, could be lessened or even removed, for those that want to have a 1-man FC just to run subs.

This could potentially remove so much of the competition for housing plots, as many FCs just want a house to gain access to the workshop. FCs that wanted a house for the other numerous reasons could still try for one. It would just ease the strain on the housing market a little bit.

I would think this could be implemented in the same manner as they implemented the squadron room - just make it an FC-based instance instead of a personal one.

If this has been suggested before and shot down - well, I'm sure you'll all tell me if it has been.

Instead of fixing the actual housing problems, do you really want to do a bandaid solution that will absolutely do nothing? Reason why houses, including small ones, are sough after is because people are botting and farming gil from subs infinitely. Then they do RMT trading. Some people own whole district of houses just for themselves. Whenever you see that houses are never decorated and just empty, its always those who just want subs and farming on multiple accounts.

Including people who want large / medium house because people are selling those as well. So we need a proper solution that will fortunately never happen as this is last bastion of devs having proper subs. Not including erp players.
