    License Board of sphere board type system introduced into the game.

    If I understand correctly I think he means either the sphere grid from FFX or a skill tree system.

    From one of their interviews, they stated having a type of skill tree system (something to the sort) but it would be different from all other FF titles. (i.e. different from spehere grid, license board, crystogen, etc)

    Also the same as FFXII's system. Tho, that would make us able to do everything all at the same time. Needs more cowbell..
