During the fight Alexander - The Burden of the Son (Savage), or A8S, during the Verdict/Gavel mechanic, several players receive the Final Punishment debuff. When entering a tornado, their HP is set to 1.

This is supposed to cleanse 1 stack of Final Punishment, but currently it does not cleanse any stacks of Final Punishment.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter the instance Alexander - The Burden of the Son (Savage).
2. Progress the fight until Brute Justice casts Verdict.
3. A player with the Final Punishment debuff should enter a tornado that spawns.
4. Observe that the player's HP is set to 1, but their stacks of Final Punishment remain the same.
