    Lack of dungeon content at cap level

    Hi, this is my first time posting on the forum.
    I've been playing since shadowbringers and as much as i love the game as an Ex WoW player i have to say the lack of dungeon contento to do at cap level as always been an issue for me in FF14.
    FF14 has a lot of dungeons even the ones from the old expansion that are left there to die patch after patch, i think they should really do something similar to WoW Mithyc+ system and re-use the old dungeons again.
    For instance doing a lvl100 Extreme mode of some Shadowbringers dungeon one patch mixed with some dawntrail dungeons and cycling them every patch.
    Giving even some decent loot even for those who don't do savage raids and so on and an option to even increase the dungeon difficulty once you complete it for those that want an even harder challenge.

    I really hope this is where "quantum" difficulty is going in the long term, so when they release a dungeon for msq you can keep doing it at a harder difficulty until you get to something like extreme. Shorten enrages, remove tells, add new mechanics, make mechanics quicker and so on. I know that's going to mean a massive change in their design and qa process, but it's the kind of innovation the game desperately needs. Personally I don't think they should add any more new jobs and they should keep jobs fairly simple (as they are) so qa doesn't chew up so much time. Then maybe they could afford to work on variable difficulty for dungeons and trials.

    I have a horrible feeling quantum is only ever going to start at extreme level though (like criterion) and is going to be aimed at the hardcore audience. Nothing SE has done over the last few years has given the impression they think there's a gap between msq and extreme which they need to fill. It's hard to understand why. Having a range of difficulties between msq and extreme would open up the game to so many more people.

    Problem is how much of the content will have this "Quantum" difficulty and how accessible it will be, plusit should drop decent loot or people are going to lose interest in it really fast, i mean who would want to do something that increases in difficulty without a decent reward?
    And i'm not talking about cosmetic i'm talking about actual gear that you can use beacuse gearing in ff14 is terribly slow compared to other games, it's saving point is that you have everything on one character and that's it.

    Quantum is cool as an idea, but how does it work within the frame of roulettes? And if roulettes are kept at baseline level, then what? People would get specific or more reward the more they crank up quantum in custom parties?

    i'd personalyl love to see some modifiers in dungeons and stuff maybe the more modifiers you enable the better loot you get that be nice

    Which is basically what WoW is doing with it's M+ system, one of the few decent thing WoW did these years.....too bad the toxic community ruined.....
