Am I missing something? Was there not a whole expansion about double dye slots?

The pattern seems to be that odd-numbered patch dungeons have new gear that is undyeable, but even-numbered patch dungeons get recolored versions of existing gear that are dyeable. I get that this gives them a reason to reuse assets, but it's kind of irritating not to have everything dyeable from the offset and potentially wait literal years for a version that dyes.
Still waiting for dyeable Woad and Warg gear, smh...

I understand taking time to go back and add the second dye channel to old gear. I don’t understand why any new gear coming out in the expansion that promotes dual dyes as a feature is not dyeable at all!
Reuse of assets… I know, but maybe… don’t? Or use ones that were totally undyeable in the past and save the effort of going back to fix that one in the miles long queue of gear sets?
(Still waiting for Moonward myself, and the second dye channel better be the metallic trim! lol)
Unfortunately, no. Only two dungeons in the entirety of DT have dyeable gear: the level 93 and 97 ones. For the level cap dungeons, the last three major patches have not featured dyeable dungeon gear, even if said gear was a recolor of a previously dyeable set. It honestly makes no sense when they're actually going back to add HQ textures and double dyes to older gear.
There is a thread on the matter, should you wish to support it.
