    Windows 8 RTM

    Has anyone tried Windows 8 Release (not preview) with FFXIV yet?

    Was gonna upgrade my computer, but wanted to make sure everything would work.

    Looks like this OS is being developed with tablet technology in mind. I think I'm just going to stick with Windows 7 for the time being.

    I have to learn it for work, so on my machine it goes!

    Just trying to decide whether to dual boot or not.

    FFXIV worked as it should even with Windows 8 preview for me. Provided you have up to date and compatible drivers for Windows 8, everything should run smoothly.

    Windows 8 really isn't that great of a departure from 7, it just has a new "home" screen. All I do is hit the windows key and it brings up my normal desktop. Can't wait until it is officially released.
