Need help on gear

So I'm a career Dragoon. I played it in XI, and now I play it in XIV. I'm not going to complain because we are much more wanted than we were in XI...but we still aren't THAT wanted.

Having said that I've been trying to gear up my White Mage so I can actually get some content done. I'm trying for three things: Garuda Win, Rivenroad (Hard) Win, and AV/CC Speed Runs. I'm trying to focus on these three things first because the achievements are being deleted.

Anyways, would anyone be kind enough to give me some suggestions on WHM gear that would work well for these things? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
