How do I reactivate my retainers?

I deactivated my retainers recently since my finances were bad and I needed to save money where I could. I kept my sub going, but just at base level. Things are getting better now, so I was going to reactivate one, but I can't seem to do so.

Maybe I'm just stupid and missing something, but I go to the Mogstation > Retainer Service and select One Additional Retainer. Then I click Accept and.... it just loops back to the same page. No error message or anything.

I logged in to check and my retainer still had their contract suspended. Is there some other page I need to go to for reactivating previous retainers? I'm very confused.

Try logging into Mogstation on another internet browser like Firefox for example. Sounds like it's your browser that is giving you issues.

Unfortunately that's not it. I've tried with three different browsers and it does the same thing on all of them.

Ah... I think there's something about needing to redo information when "changing" your subscription including retainers? I remember being sent on a "loop" when getting new retainers back in the day and had to like, redo something causing my subscription to change what day it renewed, but the retainers were active now.

Its been so long, I can't remember what I did or where I went exactly to make it work, so I'm probably misremembering in general.

Hmmm. Been looking around at the settings and I can't find anything like that. I can update my payment method, but I'm worried I'll end up with the same issue and just lose my sub.

Got it fixed! I had to unregister my payment method and restart my subscription. Now the retainer service is working just fine.
