On the other hand due to the lack of Promised "Flood" this is the reason tiny leaks like this go Viral, cuz SE refuse to give out anything other than info we've known for ages!

I think he/she means forcing a lil bit out at a time will make the flood seem that much less dramatic when the time comes. I personally think the interviews we are waiting for is a large part of gamescon flood..

All I see is people who are dissatisfied with the amount of information SE has released thus far doing their best to find any more information possible. Can't really blame people for wanting to know more information about a game they like. Granted, I'm personally happy with the amount of info from Gamescom, and am optimistic that I will get a lot more from the FF 25th anniversary celebration, but apparently I am in the minority.
