Until the recovery was completed, players were unable to:

・Access the World Kujata

・World Visit or Data Center Travel to Kujata

・Use the Home World Transfer service to relocate to Kujata

・Log in following a disconnect from the server after exiting a duty while on Kujata

・Use Free Company chat while in another world if the character's Home World is Kujata

・Use features connected to in-game activity in the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion App if the character's Home World is Kujata. Additionally, characters visiting or data center travelling to Kujata were unable to make purchases from the market board on the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion App.
