Sadly ppl tried this on youtube and it still didnt work. Fair Use or not if they say "no" there's nothing you can do. Their lawyers are a billion times more powerful than your lawyers, and they will certainly win in court. It is what it is lol. They have every right to control their material, but in practical terms they can't really exercise it. There's a reason music/dvd/game piracy is alive and kicking after so many threats, lawsuits, etc. The internet is truly a beast that cannot be controlled, no matter how powerful any company may be. There are too many ppl, and data spreads far too fast, to even begin to plug it up. Too many holes, can't plug them all, which is why SE clearly gave up.

the thing about you tube is that youtube would actually profit of youtube traffic, because even if you put your weeding video with idk a sugarray song (lol..oooh 90s...) the visit to your video generated a revenue with adverts and traffic so yeah there is a small commercial use.

it comes down then to how much money i have to fight the claim.. if i had more money than SE.. then i could fight for fair use.. unfortunaly i dont.. and i wouldnt fight SE anyways cause i love FF series. im just telling the dude that the SS do fall under the criteria of fair use.
