SE watergate scandal!

I mean this isn't even a huge leak or anything, we knew both Arcanist and Summoner were coming. We didn't know they were related or the specifics about them but we knew it was going to happen eventually.
Cross-posting since I think it is important to note that Summoner (as a job) was already confirmed by Yoshida - so some of these threads are discussing a confirmed job:
This is not some massive leak, Yoshi specifically told us that he was adding Summoner - almost a year ago. So he was pretty clear on the job, just not the timing. In our E3 interview he smiled and zipped his lips when we asked about new jobs at launch. So you can read into that as you want, but it was always at least a pretty good possibility that this was on its way soon.

I wish the moderators good luck deleting the gamefaqs thread, the bluegarter thread, the zam thread, the eorzeapedia article or the ffwiki article.

Regardless of the 'hints' they dropped on Summoner or not, Gahoo. The leak offically confirms it, and there's really no point in deleting threads about it. It's just bad management in this day and age.
Hint?
Yoshida was crystal clear. I'm not suggesting this is not newsworthy, or discussion-worthy or anything of the sort. I am agreeing that these should not be deleted - at least in part because this cat has been out of the bag to some extent for quite some time.Gamer Escape: It was mentioned that players will be able to call primal when they’ve defeated them. Does that mean we’ll see Summoner and Beastmaster types of classes and jobs?
Yoshida: We call tell you that we’ve decided to put a Summoner class in the game. I want to be a Summoner.

But they never confirmed Arcanist, Yoshi-P said that he might drop Arcanist and Musketeer if they didn't fit with ARR. Everyone was expecting BST>SMN.
