SE erasing post about player speculation

With the idea I was going through, your summons would be stronger depending on the quality / cut of the gemstone you have and the quality of your bag container. /shrugs

I just really love Summoners so I always think of different ways.

Like you said, a Tome would be really cool as it would be held in the character's left hand and the right hand would write magical symbols in the air as magic sprouts from his/her finger tip.

At this point, Yoshida needs to tell his guys to release the information as it was, screenshots and all, a special "gift" after GC's conclusion to further propel people's curiousity for whats in store in the game to come. The playerbase has been crying over a pet and SMN type of class for months, obviously they have included both, a familiar and a summoner class/job. Rather than trying to stifle the information, be forthcoming, give the community something to nibble on while we wait for the annivesary thing on the first, then TGS later that month. Even if this was part of the thing Yoshida wanted to release at the annivesary, I'm sure he can come out with something else, should always have a contigency in place anyways.

No.

What's done is done. We can't just turn our heads and pretend we didn't see it for the sake of a corporation. They just made a mistake and revealed information too early and they have to deal with that. Yoshi-p has done so much for us, because it's his job to make this game make us happy, and I personally think he's doing very well and deserves my money.

They'll probably just re announce it down the line like nothing happened, but we'll already know. The overall damage by this is minimal at worst.
