Chat Log Beep Everytime I Chat

I reset my keyboard to default type a, and now every time I open chat log with / or space bar it beeps at me, the sounds is like an error berrp. It happens every time I try to chat, getting so annoying, anyone have this issue or know what I did wrong?

I reset my audio setting as well, so it's possible that sound has always been there and I've never noticed with my system sounds being off and all../shrug either way it's annoying as
