Lost road to 90 buff while others around me who've played far longer still have it

Hi! So I was told to come make a report about this by a GM in game. To give a little more information surrounding it, as the title says. I lost my Road to 90 buff god knows when even though my character has only got 19-20 days playtime on it. I made the character last year and had the buff for most of the year (again, well over 90 days).
I have met others who've played far more since 2022 or earlier who still have the buff. I've been told numerous different things of "It lasts until 90 days playtime" or "It lasts until 90 days character age". The former making the most sense considering other players have still got this buff, again who have played far longer than myself.

I'd like to know if it's possible to get the buff back at all considering I've still got plenty of classes that are sub 90 or if we can get the issue sorted somehow as I was told in game GM's cannot help me get the Road to 90 back.

What do you mean exactly? The XP Buff is on selected servers only. Or do you mean the newbie buff when you are in a content grouping with a mentor?

I believe this is no technical issue.
