Disconnects on EU

Heya,

Right after patch 7.3 dropped everything was fine, but for the last 2 hours, when i try to login onto Chaos or Light, it disconnects me on the login screen, the character screen or 1 minute right after i got into the game.

When i go to NA i have no issues at all and apparently i am the only one so far with that issue, asked friends and it works completely normal for them.

In order to get a better sense of the problem, could you please provide the following information?

Please provide:
- Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
- Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
- Type of connection (wired or wireless)
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
- Frequency at which error occurs
- Does the disconnection happen to one character or multiple characters?
- Is a VPN being used when this occurs?
- What ISP Is being used?
