I've been having similar issues with DX11 based crashes since the new patch.
Like you, nothing hardware wise has changed on my end, drivers are updated, and things were working fine prior to the patch.

In my case it's been crashing when loading cut scenes and in the new dungeon so the running theory among friends is that it's related to the new lighting stuff that's been introduced this patch maybe? but that doesn't make sense with your crashes.

I've had to reinstall multiple times and am not having issues in any of the old zones, including pre-7.3 zones that I'd expect to see this sort of lighting otherwise, (Living Memory, Solution 9, Heritage Found, and related instances)

Otherwise best we can hope for is that Square's knowledge that something is causing issues somewhere will root out and fix it.
