Sorry to read that didn't help. Hopefully the devs check it out. There are currently five reports on the Japanese forums. I couldn't identify any common conditions among them. One of the reports mentions that the issue also occurred on a PlayStation 5. The following are the links:

I appreciate your help! Hopefully there will be some sort of quick fix from Square soon.
I've reinstalled the game over three times now. I also lost all of my loadouts and hotbars as collateral damage.
In the meantime, I'm avoiding all dungeons and trials.

Known Issue: Client May Crash Under Certain Conditions (Aug. 7)

■Issue ①: Client may crash upon exiting a duty
We have confirmed that the client may crash when exiting a duty if more than 101 entries are registered in the blacklist.

We have received many reports that this occurs when exiting to housing areas.
However, it is not limited to housing areas and may occur in all areas depending on the content and volume of communication between the server and client when exiting from a duty.

This issue will be addressed with a HotFix on Friday, August 8th.

You can backup and restore your actions bars via ingame backup function or via launcher in the future.
