The “it’s level 100” acolytes need to realize that there’s only so much this poor indie company can do to make mechanics harder. The game engine cannot support as many mechanics as a AAA game like WoW. And it is very laggy, or what you lovingly call “snapshots”, which means eventually you’ll be dodging a mechanic that’s two animations behind the one that’s currently showing. And you like this? But you also complain that people are unsubscribing. You realize that no other live-service game has succeeded by making its player base smaller, right? Oh, what’s that? People should play 500 hours before interacting with any multiplayer content? You really want to try that one?

I periodically feel like this community has a severe problem observing visual telegraphs that aren't an orange circle. The second boss has telegraphs that linger for multiple seconds. You are not using your intuition to connect dots, you're waiting to see an orange aoe that fires too quickly in this scenario. You are not too slow, you are not THINKING. Are we saying you should not have to think in a dungeon?

I haven't done the new dungeon too much, been busy with other things earlier in the week. Just done it as a Healer for now, and the only thing that gave me trouble was on the second boss when it did the combo with the blades and the flails. Since the safe spots on that can be rather limited and can be on the opposite side of the area you're locked in leaving very little time to get to it.

I don't live in the Bay Area, I don't even live in the US whatsoever, I play with 113 ping most of the time and somehow I've not run into as many "clips" or "snapshots" as you do. Do yourself a favor instead and actually try to learn the game mechanics that take you at least 50 hours to get into. If you actually expected more from the game than I do then you'd AT LEAST be doing savage content before coming in to complain about stuff. You want the game to cater to you, you want the devs to bend for you. How does it feel to be so conceited and a Karen that you keep complaining about difficulty MONTHS after your last tantrum? How does it feel to have less skill than some actually disabled people that play this game and engage with content in a much better way than you do? Hell OP has a more healthy way of fixing the "difficulty problem" than just consistently complain that the devs need to dumb content down for the likes of you. You're not gonna be sitting here telling me "people expect more from their games" than I do when the BS you're "expecting" is for the game to treat you like a toddler and grab your hand through mechanics just because you have poor problem solving skills and bad mechanical skill.

I play on NA from Australia with 300 ping just get an exit lag sub and move on.

While I agree with the latency and net code being bad, if the folks at South Asia, South East Asia, Australia (even including the occasional NA-EU folks) etc to name a few countries/regions in the eastern belt can manage to play at 150-200+ ping in JP DCs, I'm sure the rest can figure something out. Neither am I saying I dont want improvements to their network structure because its been 10+years.

Big raised arms of boss is NOT a savage mechanic, btw. Before it showed up in E4S titan it was an attack used by the TRASH mob before final boss of Mt. Gulg. It was a NORMAL mechanic that was brough INTO savage.

To add more credence to your point lets go back even further though, we've had this mechanic since Stormblood in Swallow's Compass dungeon second boss and Four Lord's Trial series Seiryu too. (Yes i understand those are both optional content but folks end up unlocking them for roulettes or extremes or mounts etc)
