If you are a fan of FF or any Square Enix game this should not be something you are unfamiliar with. Square are the worst for it but it is an industry wide problem. Developers fear us, we can be the harshest of critics. The internet is full of haters and trolls and those people always shout the loudest. I'll leave this article here which I think is very relevant to this. I know it's from Kotaku but trust me for once this is an excellent read.

Report them and move on. Especially in the case of Rokien, all those threads do is try to rile up people. I know at least one of his threads got deleted after it was reported, so might as well give that a try....
There needs to be away to downvote a player's ability to post new topics to the point where they are disabled from doing so, or erase their threads from the thread listing when placed on ignore.
I have Rokien and Azurymber both on my ignore list, yet, when I go into the general discussion section there are no fewer than 3 topics by them on the listing.
They're on my ignore list, I shouldn't have to see the thread they make. Their incessant thread making is the very issue I put them on ignore to begin with. They can effectively troll the entire forum this way without punishment.
This really is a pox on the forum community.
* The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
* Design ideas:
Red Mage - COMPLETE (https://tinyurl.com/y6tsbnjh), Chemist - Second Pass (https://tinyurl.com/ssuog88), Thief - First Pass (https://tinyurl.com/vdjpkoa), Rune Fencer - First Pass (https://tinyurl.com/y3fomdp2)
Oh my gods!!! Jennestia!!! I have found some sort of respect, even tho i know you will defend this game with your teeth <.<
No, there really doesn't. As much as I dislike these threads, I'd rather this not become the Bioware forums.
Except everyone here and elsewhere are jizzing their pants over this leak.If you are a fan of FF or any Square Enix game this should not be something you are unfamiliar with. Please cry some more. Yoshi is doing another LIVE letter soon. Plenty of info then. Speculate all you want.
Try having one of those ppl in your ls. You can blist them but their trolling still shows up in ls chat. Fml.
Buddy, what's wrong with you? The game is good as it is. Wit 2.0 will get even better.I understand the whole "secrecy" thing, but now that they can show gameplay and the game is near alpha stages, it really needs to stop.
SE has tried the whole "secrecy" thing before, and it has only brought them trouble.
When open beta was out, people thought that the game was only a quarter of what they would get on official release. If you go back and look at the old forum posts on zam you will see people claiming there will be new classes, twice or three times as many zones (there was a close zone near every atheryte crystal and people thought they would instantly be opened to actual zones, not instances), much cooler looking equipment, a reduction in lag because they were only using 'test servers', and various other things that never came true.
No surprise, when the game was released in the same state as open beta a ton of people quickly rage quit and gave the game incredibly low ratings.
Then the -exact- same thing happened with the first few patches, people speculated that ishgard would open up by christmas, lag would be fixed etc. Once again, disappointment and people quitting.
Then when Yoshi-P took over the -same- thing happened once again.
And now, for what is probably the 4th or 5th time, it is happening again.
By being vague, Yoshi-P is creating rumors and speculation
And when people speculate they generate expectations
And when expectations are not met, most people experience disappointment
You can't even compare with what happened before. Chill out
sooo where is that flood of info?
Guess all summer long is going to be the last day of summer.
