For us in the hunt community will use them often, especially for DT A and S rank hunts that wipe dozens of people out.

Well, my plan is to let warrior solo the boss, so l won't need to use it

I bought a full stack of 999. The fact these cant be used in alliance raids or even 8 man normal content is silly.

Used one as WAR on the dead healer in low man map portal pt. Felt good, like the olden days when PLD could raise.
they should write 'its only useable in 4-man content' into the description. how could anyone know where you can use if you havnt seen the LL?
'unusable in some content'.. great description.
without fun jobs none of the content is fun

1000 gil is nothing really, it's pretty lore accurate going by past games. Imagine the poor person that has to pluck these from a living phoenix without being incinerated?
Now these are properly implemented in the game, anyone who doesn't play healer, they'll only need some of these at a time to deal with bad situations.
Play healers or pay taxes

It's greyed out when you can't use it, and Duty Finder indicates Phoenix Down Not Allowed.

Speaking from the perspective of a healer you could literally never buy a Phoenix Down and nobody would notice because the chances of someone dying in 4-man content outside of like, criterion, are so astronomically small you probably will never be in a situation where you’d be called to use it anyway lol
