This is really helpful to first-timers or people who might be new to CC (or those looking to improve - like me!) I think one of my issues is, I don't know what all the symbols mean for classes I don't play, like I don't play a healer. How do I know they've got a shield on them? It would really help to have a guide showing what the icons mean if you're not familiar.
