Almost 5 Phantom Jobs Maxed and Still No Relic Weapon

I just wanted to share with everyone that I've done 124 Fates and 123 Critical Encounters on the Occult Crescent and my demiatmas read as such in my inventory "6 1 6 3 6 5". I had maybe gotten 1 in total by the time I hit knowledge lvl 20 when it came out.

I'm not complaining, just letting you all know and someday I'll get the 1st step started lol

At this point I'd recommend doing DT fates to finish it off, but if you're having fun in OC, then I wish you good luck.

the one that you need only drops in a specific area of the oc map. You can either only aim for these ces/fates or simply step outside of oc and farm the missing 2 in 3-4 hours

I was able to get 5/6 of the ones I needed within OC, but the verdigris remained at 1 out of 3.

So I went to Kozomauka and got the last two I needed in about an hour.

I had 7 malachite by then.

I've farmed for I don't know how many hours in one area back then to try something different and get a breath of fresh air from CEs and OC. In a single day, I got literally zero candy drops over a hundred of fates, so I went back to OC presto. That felt like hours well spent for sure, but I guess I'm past that at this point.

This is a good point OP. They should make it harder to level phantom jobs so it doesn't feel like relic progress falls behind.

I got all mine doing DT fates, especially since I could concentrate on the ones I needed by zone, avoiding duplicate drops. Fortunately, it was easy at the time, since everyone was doing them, making it easy to find parties to steamroll them all. It's much slower now that the rush is over. Still, pick a zone, start a FATE party, and hope others join.
You could also create your party, announce in OC that it's up to farm a particular one in ?? zone, then head out.

Verdigris is harder to obtain than the other demiatma because only one Critical Engagement (Calamity Unbound), two regular FATEs, and a Pot FATE contribute to its loot pool.

Players who specifically need Verdigris: please consider going to Kozama'uka and doing FATEs for drops.

I ended up with something like 7 of a couple before I decided to just focus on the one that I needed. I tried going to the appropriate area but did something like 50 FATEs with not a single drop. Then I decided to go back in and instead focus on mobs that would pop the CEs I needed while doing the FATEs that appeared, and finished quickly.

There's nothing wrong with just following the mob and getting atma along the way, if that's what you want to do, but if you want to finish the first step of the relic quest you should focus on the things that actually could drop it.
