Since your on a laptop, it may be throttling the performance when gaming. Make sure you always have power connected and are not on battery. It could be also gets to hot depending how old it is, did you check the temperatures via HWInfo64?

Upon reviewing the System Report provided, it would appear that there are two graphics cards: [Intel(R) HD Graphics Family] and [NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti]. Please be aware that integrated graphics cards (e.g. Intel HD graphics) are not supported. As such, we would like to suggest disabling the Intel(R) HD Graphics card leaving only the NVIDIA graphics card enabled.
