Since your on a laptop, it may be throttling the performance when gaming. Make sure you always have power connected and are not on battery. It could be also gets to hot depending how old it is, did you check the temperatures via HWInfo64?

Upon reviewing the System Report provided, it would appear that there are two graphics cards: [Intel(R) HD Graphics Family] and [NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti]. Please be aware that integrated graphics cards (e.g. Intel HD graphics) are not supported. As such, we would like to suggest disabling the Intel(R) HD Graphics card leaving only the NVIDIA graphics card enabled.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
I've read that in laptops is not recommended to do this, so I'll abstain to do it, thanks for the advice though.

These are the registered temps while I was in Gridania. As a note, this laptop is from 2017-2018.
