Sudden FPS drop

When I start playing the game runs nicely, around 52-60 fps for around 30 seconds or so, then starts dropping to 11-12 fps for around another 30 seconds, then goes back to 60. This happens everywhere, not only in cities. Even in places with no one other than me and the mobs.

This doesn't happen in the title or the character selection screen, only when I connect to the server.

I updated my drivers, disabled the startup programs and did a clean boot after that.

Upon reviewing the System Report provided, it would appear that there are two graphics cards: [Intel(R) HD Graphics Family] and [NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti]. Please be aware that integrated graphics cards (e.g. Intel HD graphics) are not supported. As such, we would like to suggest disabling the Intel(R) HD Graphics card leaving only the NVIDIA graphics card enabled.

Since your on a laptop, it may be throttling the performance when gaming. Make sure you always have power connected and are not on battery. It could be also gets to hot depending how old it is, did you check the temperatures via HWInfo64?
