it happens rarely since i do most dungeons as tank anyway. but if i have a tank in my group who doesnt want to tank im gonna kick him out of the group.
and since im not the one pulling myself (i never do as non tank) there is always another person who will agree with the kick. so the kick will always go through.

Have you ever heard the phrase two wrongs don't make a right? (Even if pulling ahead is largely a non issue for most competent tank players) is it that hard to just get on with the dungeon if they pull ahead of you? If you can reasonably catch up to them its still your job at the end of the day to get aggro, why not just be the bigger person and tank anyway? what are you trying to prove by turning your stance off in a situation where the pull would have been fine anyway. Seems to me you want to make some statement about how it's only the tanks job to pull more then it actually being the case in reality.

For someone who likes to Insult people based of their characters in game while also pretending to be some sort of victim because people pull ahead of you... I'm starting to think maybe your the toxic one with "bad etiquette"

be carefull or you hurt their main character ego that hied a less than mediocore tank player (even then you should have no issues tanking in this game)

^ This. Two wrongs don’t make a right, and tanking isn’t some morality play where you get to hand out life lessons. It’s a role in a dungeon run.

Pulling ahead isn’t the end of the world for any competent tank — annoying? Sure. Worth wasting everyone’s time over? Not really. If you can grab it and keep things moving, that’s the bigger flex than standing back to “make a point.”

At some stage, you’ve got to decide whether you’re tanking the dungeon… or just tanking your own ego.

Your first problem is not having a point in time to reference an alleged incident ever happening. For all you can confirm, I have been speaking hypothetically the entire time. That's why I can be smug about it and you can pretend to maintain a moral high ground to justify Ad Hominem attacking others. This isn't some kind of goofy edgy 4D chess big brain play here at all. I really do not mind other people pulling for me (well, I dislike it, but well. There are worse things).

But could we please go back to "I get the adds for the tank, I search tank, I bring adds" and stop the "I get the adds and run in circles"?

I had that three times today that DPS (or, in one case, a healer) aggroed mobs (yeah, I am working on using Sprint a bit earlier...) and then... ran away.

When asking if they could please bring the mobs they aggroed to me instead of as far away as possible (friendly. For real. Am good kitty)- I get silence. And the same shit the next pull again...

I am tired of that...
