Verminion could use an update - maybe as an Autobattler?

I don't reckon many people even really notice or really care about Verminion yet each minion in the game will have it's own specific skills stats and type for Verminion.

But maybe it's just me past the first few go rounds it's not all that fun to do a pseudo RTS in the game.

I know people like Autobattlers tho... it would in essence be easier to do if it was more like Legion Tower Defense or Autochess

Hard agree. Don't make me queue my little guys manually, let me drop them into their queued location ahead of time and give them some simple commands (attack, defend, lure away.)

Let this function as an "easy" mode for those of us who just don't appreciate the manual labor of an RTS game, but do enjoy the strategic thinking parts of it.

Verminion has needed an update since the moment it released. Though I guess because it was an April Fools joke they don’t think they need to invest in it lol.

It’s such a fun concept (plushy fight!) that’s just so poorly executed. The whole thing just feels like mashing buttons and googling which minions are OP. Auto-battler options could make it a bit more palatable, but honestly I’d say they should take it apart and remake it as a turn-based ff-tactics style mini-game. Like, why try something new when you literally have the peak at your fingertips lol. Plus it’s really frustrating trying to manoeuvre the cursor fast enough to keep up with all the rapid clicking when you’re using a controller, or at least it is for me lol.

It's the way that it is because Lords of Vermilion is(was?) another SE game, so they just copied it because they needed more minigames.

To be honest I liked the whole premise but I just really suck in RTS that I can't play it properly. (Not counting the whole thing is clunky as hell too) Would be nice to see if it turns into maybe something like tactics instead?

Verminion is fine, it's just that nobody is likely to go out of their way to do it. If it was required for the MSQ, people would obviously get really into it.
