They're all polite and courteous, but that's where my positive feedback ends, because it's all lip service. Unless you're reporting excessive swearing or an inappropriate name. They will go after low-hanging fruit like that.

I sincerely hope you never get stalked or harassed in this game though. They won't lift a finger if the punishment would cost the company a single subscription. Had someone make jokes to both mine and my friends faces (IN-GAME so it's in the logs if they even have logs) after a friend of ours died, after they were stalked in this game for years. Guy never got banned or even warned. I've been stalked and harassed and griefed for years by someone else. Hundreds of reports. Literally provided video evidence. Tons of reports from friends that experienced the same behavior from them. Nothing done. Even had a GM claim they were going to "escalate" the issue. Lmao. They're still around running 3+ subscriptions at once just to stalk and harass. I guess their subs are worth more than mine and my friends. Maybe it's for the best this game is dying, they sure don't want to lift a finger to protect the playerbase that's left.
