I want to say yes, because it does work.

But I will say I am not sure I see the use here... Like they clearly know the problems (As they have stated a few in the PLL), but they just aren't willing to go beyond the abstract PR lul speech.

Their idea is to try and continuing to funnel people into content they don't really want to do rather than creating diverse experiences like they used to.
