Good, maybe you guys will complain about something you actually care about. Till then, explain to me why the Apt/plots being so empty in the wards show how badly housing is sought after? That its not just scarcity that is what people are chasing.

its one thing to engage with what's available and be hungry for more. Its another thing to conditionally engage with the system and say "I want housing" and I want an exterior!" But wont engage with the Apt interior and wont engage with Island Sanctuary Exterior. The playerbase doesn't want these things standalone, but they are salivating for both of them together?

The sum of its parts are what players want, but not the parts of its sum.

But I appreciate the introspective. I had a minibike sitting that I hadn't touched for a year that was a project i was supposed to work on. But it sat there untouched because it wasnt high on my priorities. Posting here gave me the introspection to pull it back out and continue working on it, putting it back on the list of priorities.

You can. But you'd be subjected to whatever free company is kick polics are, and it's just more convenient to have an apartment to not have to worry about the free company booting you or disbanding taking all your stuff with it.

To clear up - I know you can join FC's on Balmung - my question was more that "is it hard to join a FC on Balmung" heck if people just want a room and a stable I'd offer that.

It’s really not that hard to overhaul this system and make money. They could put out monthly furnishing items and bundles and some on the cash shop. Ala sims kits and packs. Approve certain modders like the sims did and collab officially with them. If they’re good, varied, and in demand enough and reasonably priced people will buy them easily. Just like they could do with glam, hair, cosmetics. They just need to be better.

I'd rather the cash shop not have more prominence in the game. Im not paying a subscription to then be flooded with microtransaction onto of that.

Don't S.E already in a way do this with the hairstyle competitions? You can enter and S.E gets to curate the entries and implement the ones they like?

The culture towards mods are seen differently in different parts of the world. They dont particularly care for modders here.

But if they upped the quality and frequency of glam and furnishings etc it would be much better. Both are seriously lacking, especially considering it’s a subscription game. They could easily be adding triple the amount of both and it wouldn’t be much considering the size of the game.

And no, I think the contests are far too spaced out and it takes a pathetically long time to be implemented, sometimes poorly at that. Look at the seaweed hair XD

I will agree the cadence of releases are far too slow, so my plots doesn't see much change, I'll swap out something about every 6 monthes or so.

I stopped paying attention to the hairstyles since everything nowadays is cutesy. Id like more tomboy hairstyles. Last time I was excited for a hairstyle was patch 3.3 "Call of the Horde". Since then its been full steam into cutesy hairstyles.
