Dawntrail was the first time I lost interest in the game's story. I was feeling it a bit in post endwalker, but dawntrail really killed my enjoyment of the game's story. I still read the story but the entire time I felt like I was being held hostage and psychologically tortured. I'm completely baffled by anyone who says that DT was one of their favorites.
