Why does the Moogle Treasure Trove event give you incompletable weekly challenges?

Basically what it says in the title, my weekly challenge for this week is to participate in the dead game mode that is Rival Wings Hidden Gorge. I spent two hours queuing on Tuesday, three hours Wednesday and I am currently in another hour long queue now on Primal NA (all at different times of the day too).

Why and how is this fair to give some players weekly challenges that relies on other people queueing for a game mode that no one does?

The PVP servers / groups are useless, the only advice they have is to "Just wait in the queue lol" or "Pay for a world change to EU" when I unfortunately do not have endless hours in which I can sit at a desk for a game of PVP that's probably never gonna happen.

They either need to retire this game mode from the Moogle Tome events, so the rewards are not unfairly rigged against certain players, or add a Roulette for it. It is genuinely so frustrating to want to play this game and this event and not being able to get the same rewards everyone else can easily get because of this flawed system!

Nothing incompletable about it. I got my 1000th win in rival wings late last year. Visit the primal days center and queue in the afternoon or evening. There's still pops to be had
