There will always be people looking at ways to feel offended. The armor is fine. I quite like it, especially the musketeer inspired glam and the turali gown. Edit: I like the other French style glams with the white shirt too and been looking for that type of glam since a while. It’s tied to Alexandria.

I like the two ones in the middle, the purple with black scarf and gold/red/white accents, and then the white and teal one with the feathered hat. Sadly they are likely to be caster and aiming sets and thus can't be transmogged as samurai. Also probably undyeable too.

I was having a conversation on a WoW forum a few days ago, and my opinion when seeing new armor sets is that I am not that excited for them, not because of the designs but because I can only really be wearing one outfit at a time. I main Samurai and rarely use my Dark Knight tank alt job, and that's it really. The game has been running for over a decade. I have long since settled on my outfit, so new outfits being added doesn't do that much for me. Same with mounts since I can only ride one or two mounts at a time (ground and flying mount). What I would like to see is new cosmetics added that are not mutually exclusive with what we already have. Facewear was recently an instance of that since it did not take up a helmet slot. I would like to see more of that. Maybe being able to add or customize new spell visuals.

The ones that scream the loudest aren't half the player base. Funny thing? Only one set reminds me, and many others, that the Three Musketeers were never part of the Spanish Inquisition.

We SHOULD be upset that the gear doesn't reflect something that comes out of IX - Like... the Meso Terminal? Give us Alexander gear or something to that theme. I'm gonna cosplay as a female D'Artagnan.

As for all of this rage bait victim complex BS - Some people need to get over their hubris. Or just stop being overly offended and looking for a reason to be angsty.

Four hundred years ago was a long time. Unless you have a time machine, build a bloody bridge and get over it.
