Lending my voice to this thread. As a Puerto Rican player, it's incredibly disheartening to see them confuse Cortez-like european colonizer gear from Spain with Latin America in the expansion that they proudly declared to have sensitivity readers. The sets look good and clearly have had a lot of effort put into their make, but why not their design? How did this get pass multiple checks? It's very confusing, when Dawntrail's first half was so insightful and celebratory of indigenous Latam people in Tural. I've loved this expansion despite its faults due to how much it reminds me of stuff I love and what it enables me to do for personal character roleplay and what not, but this is unacceptable.

I know SE has never historically removed any gearset people have found offensive, but having Cortez/Tercio conquistador armor in the same group as mystical native caster gear (the only inoffensive pieces, mind)? In the same expansion celebrating indigenous Latin Americas? It is so hilariously tone deaf that I can't help but attribute it to just pure ignorance from what the designers thought looked cool in their office paintings. Please at least acknowledge the problem, SE. I also wouldn't mind if they simply replaced them with dyable versions of the Yuweyawata stuff as compensation and saved these sets for a future expansion in different contexts if they cannot be removed at all.
