It seems completely tone deaf if not downright stupid that even after ignoring/blocking/muting/blacklisting a person they can STILL spam the chat/flood it making it totally unusable by continuing to spam.

FFXIV is the ONLY MMO I've ever seen where Muting/Blocking/Ignoring someone does not fix the problem/is completely useless as a tool to ignore someone forcing you to instead escalate it to a harassment report.

Give us an option to disable the message of '(This message is from a muted character)'

Seriously. Who thought of that!? At least make it a toggle already...
It already sucks enough that they still show you their portraits and even their uncensored name if you try to check their adventurer plate, though I feel like the "seeing the closeup of the person I blacklisted first thing upon entering a duty" should count as a jumpscare lol
