    Moogle Treasure Trove Event

    The launcher's promotional banner for the Moogle Treasure Trove Event currently running leads to a set of directions on how to participate. It says to open the "Mogpendium".

    Problem: Where is the Mogpendium found? I see nothing in game and my searches find nothing that answers that question.

    Open the Duty->Collection menu and then the Mogpendium. If you don't have one, you can talk to a Moogle (near the Aetheryte) in the 3 Major cities to get one.
