Gear for different crafting/gathering class: One question

Hello All

There is something I keep not understanding 100% clear about gear for crafting and gathering.

I take a concrete example. I have all my gathering activities above level 70: miner, botanist and fisher. I have the armor level 200 from splendor trader.
- Can I use this same armor for all 3 disciplines (they share same attributes)?
- Can I save this armor as a set for each discipline, so as to have a set for botanist, a set for miner and one for fisher, that call however for the same unique armor?
