    as I main healer I don't want more DPS if it doesn't make sense with the job what I would like the is better support skills buffing the team for some healer and other debuffimg the enemy. the game is to focused toward DPS damaging how tanks and healers should really be.

    That's why I proposed the solution in the OP to be a damage reduction with DPS bonus. People are begging for more DPS, there needs to be a way to combine the two so that Squeenix is happy and the playerbase is happy.
