    "Action Change Settings" in PvP

    Please expand the "Action Change Settings" that exist in PvE into PvP. For anyone who wants their buttons as is, fine. For anyone who wants actions separated for either (A) preference or to (B) prevent erroneous input, they should have the same options that we have for PvE. Screenshot examples if you're uncertain what feature I'm talking about.

    Examples of actions this would benefit:
    Imperator > Confiteor
    Blota > Inner Chaos
    Crimson Cyclone > Crimson Strike
