You're right...Fired is taking it too far. It was a good idea but it was implemented the wrong way. What should be done when creating any kind of content is dicuss what is good about it, what can go wrong with it and how can we improve the player experience. That comes down to having different perspectives involved and challenging each other. This can bring to light different aspects that a developer may have missed when implementing a new idea.
Can we have at least a public apology?
Yeah, if they fix FT in a way that makes it fun to the majority, it would be enough.
