It's obviously not aimed at the minority of players like myself that did all the content when it was current and got its rewards.

It's obviously aimed at considerably more newer, casual or returning players that missed various content and it gives them a way to catch up while waiting for the patch.

It is just so scattered for rewards.Random gwib or neo ishgardian sets. They could do better. If they hadn't been so greedy past seasonal events could be at these moogles.


They could also discuss what is very low clear content and add that. There are the PvP sets from seasons. Emotes and mounts locked behind old closed off content. Reskin of exclusive content, the game has a carbuncle mount telling me they couldn't add one for mogtomes in brown or some other colour. Or a level 1 glamour of some weapon set that would take forever to farm.

TBH, I feel like no one runs V&C or Hidden Gorge at all, even on Aether, so it does encourage others to run them for newcomers.

They'd never do an event item from a cash shop since it would mean they'd lose out on any potential sales, since cash shop items only exist for it.
