Idea I had for an Ultimate fight

So I know there's a pattern for the Ultimates, right? Raid, story, raid, story, raid, ..., raid again. Besides the break in pattern, all the Ultimates are either Raid recaps, or Story recaps. But what if we went off-theme a bit? What about an Ultimate raid where we fight through the Garlemald higher ups? Like, phase one, two, three are the Legatuses, like Livia or Regula, or Grynewaht. Then P4 could be Nero, P5 Gaius, P6 (and 7?) as Xeno? They're from different parts in the story, but the situation could be "what if Garlemald attacked at once with all they have?" could have adds of some of the riffraff forces if they wanted, too. Lots of options and I think it would be fun. What do you all think?
